About Us St. Charles Place Antiques and Restorations was founded in 1973 by Charles G. Divelbiss and over the past three decades has become one of the largest and most trusted antique and collectible dealers in the Seattle area. Located in downtown Renton, Washington approximately 15 miles Southeast of downtown Seattle and 5 miles Northeast of Seattle-Tacoma (Sea-Tac) International Airport. At St. Charles Place Antiques and Restorations we obtain a large portion of our inventory from Europe but also have items from all over the world including Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, and the United States. Items are also purchased from independent sellers, estates, auctions, and other antique dealers. St. Charles Place Antiques and Restorations has won multiple awards including the 2005 and 2006 recipient of “Best in Renton: Best Antique Dealer” as voted by The Renton Reporter and in 2008 and 2009 was voted in the top 5 for “Best Antiques in Western Washington” as voted by Evening Magazine & King 5 News Seattle.
